Cindy is a rare Cary native. She began her mortgage career in 1981. During the first nine years, she wore a number of hats including processor, underwriter and real estate appraiser. Since 1990 she has completely focused her attention on making homeownership a reality for thousands.

But that is not her only role…she helps people with existing homes reach their financial goals by utilizing their home equity or becoming mortgage free. She avails herself to her customers for years after the loan closes to answer questions, advise on changes in their circumstances and credit enhancement. Sometimes it is just to help them with information for their children or relatives in other states who are looking for a home or have run into financial difficulties.
